The ticket transaction by the customer constitutes as a legal offer to a contractual relationship. The actual contractual relationship with Rockwood Events is established after the registration confirmation has been sent by the event promoter.
If there are no contrary restrictions by the venue, the following applies: Children under 16 must be accompanied to the event by an adult. Children under 6 can come in free with a paying adult.
Tickets are personalized to the customer. Cancellation or refund of the ticket is not possible. The attendee is entitled to transfer his ticket to a third party, the transfer is legally effective only if it was made by the event promoter. For each transfer a fee of EUR 5,00 will be charged.
In case of cancellation or relocation of the event, the event promoter will refund services booked through the event promoter. Further claims are excluded. If the event is cancelled, all bought services will be refunded automatically. In case of relocation of the event, the services have to be cancelled by the attendee within 4 weeks after the announcement of the relocation.
The package price does not include accommodation.
The organizer reserves the right to change the course of the event. Schedules that have been announced prior to the event are not binding. The event promoter can change the sequence of events at any time on short notice. No claims can arise because of such changes.
The event promoter does not guarantee the appearance of a certain artist/guest, if there are more than one artist/guest announced for an event. Contracts with announced musicians or actors can be terminated by the musician/actor at any time – it is not possible for the event promoter to influence such decisions. In case of absence of an announced artist/guest the event promoter will arrange a replacement if possible, however the event promoter is not obliged to do so.
The cancellation of an artist/guest at an event, where more than one artist/guest is announced, is no reason for a refund of already ordered tickets. Already ordered tickets for the guest who canceled can be transferred to other guests. In rare cases, the contents of packages needs to be changed due to unexpected circumstances, for example by changing the autographs if a guest cancels, but the package retains the same monetary value.
Most of the events will be held in English. The event promoter is not obliged to deliver translations in German.
Guests may refuse to sign items of unlicensed merchandise.
If there are „Photo-Ops“ offered on a multi-day event, the photos will be printed and available for collection by the end of the event; this is by the end of the closing ceremony. If you fail to collect your “Photo-Op” we are not obligated to send these to you; if we should offer to send these, there will be a P&P charge that must be paid.
If „Photo-Ops“ are offered on a concert, ordered photos ( jpgs and/or printed photos) will be shipped in the next few days after the concert. Postage and packaging costs are already included in this purchase price.
The attendee agrees that he/she can be filmed and photographed during the event and that those recordings can be used in public television and in privately produced films and/or in print and online reports.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission. We do not have to give evidence or a reason. You will be fully refunded for the price of your ticket within 30 days.
The instructions of security personnel have to be followed at any time. The security staff is authorized to perform bag checks during the event.
Any person found behaving in an unlawful manner, causing a nuisance or disrupting the event will be ejected from the event without a refund.
Bringing weapons, pyrotechnics or other dangerous objects to the event is prohibited. This also includes articles that are part of a costume. Parts of a costume suitable to hurt other people, have to be presented to the security personnel at the entrance.
Advertising of any kind at the event is permitted only with written permission from the organizer.
The event promoter is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence or for damages resulting from personal injury. In case of breach of fundamental contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) based solely on slight degree of negligence, the liability of the event promoter is limited to the compensation of the foreseeable, typical damage.
Except of the above mentioned matters the event promoter is not liable for damages that were caused by slight degree of negligence. If the liability of the event promoter following the above paragraphs is excluded or limited, this also applies to the liability of his persons employed by the debtor in the performance of his obligations.
The organizer accepts not responsible for arrangements made by attendees with third parties.
The organizer does not reimburse lost vouchers.
Audiovisual recordings in terms of these general terms and conditions are audio and / or video recordings, made during the event which can be replayed and / or copied with suitable devices. Photos are not considered audiovisual recordings.
It is strictly prohibited to produce any audiovisual recordings during the event. Violators of this prohibition will be expelled from the event. The event promoter reserves the right to assert indemnification claims.
The event will be recorded on behalf of the organizer. By buying a package/ticket you give us your consent to use any material as a promotional tool, on the website, in a trailer or for a future DVD release. Furthermore you understand that you will not receive any financial compensation for the use of any material/recordings.
The invalidity of individual terms shall not affect the validity of the entire general terms and conditions. Invalid terms shall count as replaced by valid regulations, financially coming closest to the respectively invalid term.
Rockwood Events reserves the right to add, remove or amend any of the conditions on this page.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
